The previous owner of our house took several not so great shortcuts.  One of these shortcuts meant that unknown to us, we had two layers of basement tiles above a scraggly slab wicking up moisture and molding the drywall.  I wanted an easy to clean surface, that would last and cover the basement.  I also wanted a more friendly flowing color pattern rather than the more institutional looking flake system I saw on most website when shopping for epoxy installers, so base on some of their pictures I called these guys.  These guys  did an excellent job.  Not only did they grind down the protrusions, they filled in the cracks during their initial set up.   They also did the black layer twice because my floor started off so uneven that some areas were visibly thinner.  After everything they did and the hours put in, I feel like I got a really good deal.  They did the initial prep and concrete repair followed by several different layers of epoxy that they allowed to cure fully between.  We went with the Margarita metallic color which brightens up the basement and makes it feel very kid friendly.  Our previously gross basement floor with uneven protrusions in some some areas and crappy laminate that randomly pops up when walked and impossible to clean, now has a friendly looking, leak proof, easy to clean, and hopefully long lasting surface.  I am really really happy.  I was honestly afraid they would look at the job and say no.  I was also afraid we would get charged extra when some time consuming challenges arose.  Neither happened, instead I have a beautiful play area created at the quoted price.  The do seem to have multiple phone numbers and addresses for the business though which made me nervous, but it turned out great for me  Just note there seems to be multiple locations or something.
